The organization is led by industry veteran, author, speaker, and serial entrepreneur Kai Roer, with Director of Product Aimee Laycock, a subject matter expert in security culture and behaviors.

Core Approach

The company partners with security professionals and organizations to ensure security solutions integrate seamlessly with human factors. Work centers on the People, Process, and Technology triangle, creating balance across three key areas:
